With Kamstrup MULTICAL® 403 everything from inlet/outlet position to energy unit, cut-off dates and much more can be configured individually via the meter’s front panel directly at the installation site. It consists of calculator and integrated flow sensor. The calculator part of the meter offers full support for remote reading for billing and provides you instant access to the information needed to analyze and optimize your distribution network. The flow sensors is an integrated part of the meter and uses microprocessor technology and ultrasonic measuring techniques to ensure long-term stability and accuracy. 

MULTICAL® 403 delivers a compact and rational design in addition to an exceptionally high level of measuring accuracy and reliability. Both calculator and Flow sensor are delivered with excellent condensation protection of the ultrasonic transducers and the meter electronics is safely located in the calculator housing, which makes the product very well suited for condensation environments.
