Với Máy đo động cơ Magtrol, thử nghiệm động cơ hiệu suất cao có sẵn cho các nhà sản xuất và người sử dụng động cơ khí nhỏ. Động lực kế động cơ Magtrol đã được thiết kế để giải quyết các điều kiện rung động mạnh, nghiêm trọng vốn có trong thử nghiệm động cơ đốt trong.

Động lực kế động cơ là một phần của dòng Máy đo độ trễ Magtrol, do đó chúng có độ chính xác cao (± 0,25% toàn thang đo) và có thể được điều khiển bằng tay hoặc thông qua Bộ điều khiển động lực kế dựa trên PC. Đối với giá kiểm tra động cơ nhỏ, Magtrol cung cấp đầy đủ các bộ điều khiển, chỉ số và phần mềm thu thập dữ liệu.

Máy đo động lực dòng ED là lý tưởng phù hợp để thử nghiệm khí thải như được quy định trong Quy định không khí sạch của CARB và EPA. Các động lực kế sẽ cung cấp hiệu suất vượt trội trên dây chuyền sản xuất, khi kiểm tra đến hoặc trong phòng thí nghiệm R & D.

*NOTE: Operating at the continuous power rating for periods of up to 4 hours is acceptable. However, operating for extended periods at high temperatures will result in premature component and bearing failure. Limiting the length of the cycle and the component temperatures will guard against premature failure. Where continuous duty is desired for longer time intervals, component temperatures should be maintained less than 100°C; monitoring the outside brake surface temperature is a sufficient reference. ** The maximum speed will depend on what type of keyway (if any) is used on the shaft. Unless specified, the dynamometer shaft will be made without a keyway.

• Model HD-510, HD-515, HD-800 and HD-805 Dynamometers require air cooling provided by user. Regulator and filter package is provided as standard equipment on these units. See data sheet for pressure ratings.
• Blower package is included as standard equipment with Model HD-710, HD-715, HD-810, HD-815 and HD-825 Dynamometers.
• All -5N(A) dynamometers are 5 Volt Output

Blower Power and Fuses

• Models HD-710, HD‑715, HD-810 and ED-715 include the BL‑001 blower.
• Models HD‑815 and ED-815 include the BL‑002 blower.
• Model HD‑825 uses two BL‑002 blowers for cooling its two brake sets.
